Stars: paid choices in stories Authors can now price individual choice options in Stars — the new platform currency. Buy a choice once and it's yours forever: replays never charge you again. Your star balance and spending history live in your profile, and authors see every purchase and their earnings on the project's new Monetization page.
Assistant credits and transparent pricing Your profile now has an Assistant Credits page: your balance in dollars and credits, plus a history of every request with links to the projects it touched. A new pricing page explains what each assistant action costs, which model it uses and why prices vary — and only successful requests are ever billed; failed attempts are free.
Smarter story structure When the assistant builds your story structure, separate endings now stay truly separate — branches no longer quietly merge into one finale. And once the structure is ready, you land right on the chapter map of your first episode, centered and ready to write.
A fuller documentation page The Documentation page now walks through everything the platform can do — writing with the assistant, art generation, interactive screens, publishing and more. Project settings also gained a Monetization section, home to paid-choice purchases and author earnings.
Interactive screens, right on cue Interactive screens now live inside the story flow as their own events, appearing exactly at the beat you place them. Turn any background into a clickable screen, let the assistant describe each object, and readers see a soft silhouette highlight on everything they can explore.
Cleaner character art Character portraits are now generated with genuinely transparent backgrounds — no more halos or rough cut-out edges — so characters sit naturally on any scene, in any lighting.
A guided backgrounds studio The backgrounds studio opens as a gallery of your scenes, and the assistant now guides the stage: it keeps one shared visual style, builds a worklist of scenes that still need art, and carries your scene's objects into each new render. Projects also declare their orientation — widescreen or vertical — and every tool follows it.
Story tags in your language Genre and theme tags now appear in your interface language — English, Spanish or Russian — so a story tagged in another language still reads naturally.
A clearer "What's inside" Every work's page now highlights the features it genuinely has — branching, multiple endings, interactive choices and more — read from the published story instead of a fixed list.
Simpler navigation The header is cleaner: News, Works and Authors are now direct links, your reading and projects live under "My Stories", and Favorites moved into your account menu.
Interactive screens & richer characters Scene screens you design are now real, selectable and wired into your episodes, and characters can carry emotional variants — a distinct portrait per mood — generated straight from your written scenes.
Story maps you can zoom and pan Chapter and episode maps — in both the editor and the reader — now zoom and pan, so large branching stories stay easy to navigate. Characters live in one unified list, and every chapter has a clear starting point.
Watch the AI write, live While the assistant generates, you now see a live token counter and stopwatch — and the work survives a page reload, so you can reconnect and your generation is still running.
An AI co-author you chat with Editing and scene-writing are now one conversation: ask for a change, talk it through, and the assistant drafts scenes, links events and routes choices — all in a chat right inside the editor.
A visual builder for interactive screens A new Scene Screens workbench lets you compose clickable screens on a canvas — place and resize objects, paint masks, edit art with AI, and lay out both landscape and portrait views.
The editor is your single home Creating a story now happens entirely in the editor, guided by a step-by-step roadmap from setup to a first playable version. The separate setup pages are gone, and each stage opens exactly the tools and AI help you need.

Email verification & recovery Added email verification, resend, password recovery and a recovery-strength indicator in the Security Center.
Header redesign Navigation grouped into dropdown sections, search collapsed to an icon, a primary "Create" button and a mobile menu.
